Prologue

The World has entered a new Technological Era. It began with Project Cyberworld, a coalition by the best internet scientists the world knows.  Project Cyberworld was to make a new world on the internet, one fully functional and breathing.  They succeed but not without a price.  Some scientists were fired from the project for trying put in their own ideas and one of them swore revenge.

Now 20 years have past. The World is at Total Peace. The world's culture, economics and politics have now been based on the results of Project Cyberworld. However the results have now created a new breed of crime, Internet Crime. One boy, Lan Hikari is unknowingly, along with others, destined stop the Net Crime and the one behind it all.
